[Clas12_first_exp] DC setting

Dear FX and Mac,

We will need also to cook if it is not already done Run 4875, this run 
(45nA)  was taken at DC HV: 9,10,10. At this HV setting DC were stable 
no trips. We should compare tracking efficiency from this run and any 
good recent run at 45 nA.

If we are going to run at this current of 45 to 50 nA we should weigh in 
the DC setting.
