[Clas12_first_exp] RC meeting today at 2:30 pm

Dear All,
the magnet group is still working on restoring the Torus VCL heater and, according to the last estimate, they expect the work to be completed by the end of the morning or early afternoon. The plan would be to go back to production after that.
To review the current status, discuss the run plan and feedback from data analysis, we will meet in the Counting House at 2:30 pm today.
