[Clas12_first_exp] RC meeting today at 2:30pm

Dear All,
the Hall A facility development work is still in progress and, based on the last update from the PD, will not be completed before 4pm today (As you saw from Daniel’s email the swing shift is canceled while owl shift remains in standby). We should therefore expect beam during the owl shift or day shift tomorrow. The plan, after tuning beam, is still to do alignment runs.
