[Clas12_first_exp] Status update and shifts

There is not much new information from the accelerator. They are still in a process of warming up suspect cryomodules. This will be followed by leak checks and repairs. MCC scheduling meeting is canceled for today.
Hall B shifts are canceled until 08:00 Wednesday September 12th. 
We should have more information Monday morning.
