[Clas12_first_exp] Status update and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

Accelerator troubleshooting continues. So far they have not found any leaks. Two more modules left to check today. They suspect it might be a superfluid leak. We would not know until they are cooled back to 2K. If this is the case the proposed mitigation is to add bigger pumps. As advised by PD we cannot expect any beam until Friday. 
Therefore all Hall B shifts are canceled until 08:00 Friday September 14.
One more thing to be aware of. There is a hurricane Florence heading in our direction. There is a chance it might get to us at the end of the next week. 
I'll send an update if there is any new information.
