[Clas12_first_exp] Status update and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

All JLab infrastructure is being prepared for the hurricane Florence and possible power outage related to the storm. Important part is to minimize the risk of helium loss in the accelerator in case of this event. Therefore accelerator crew cannot proceed with the beam operations this week. For the experimental halls this means at least one more week of delay.
All Hall B shifts are canceled until 16:00 Wednesday September 19th.
