[Clas12_first_exp] RC meting today

Dear All,
after establishing beam on the tagger we have asked MCC to put  HWP IN, measured the beam polarization, and finally established beam on the Faraday Cup. After that we are taking production data at 50nA, trigger v2.
There were problem with the bleadthrough beam in the hall and confusion about the FSD settings, which we have addressed today at the MCC meeting.
There is also an issue with the pokel cell settings and corresponding beam polarization, which in the current configuration is measured to be -84.529 +/- 1.474.
Lets have an RC meeting today to discuss these issues and plan for the upcoming week.
For those on site it will be in the second floor of the counting house in the conference room.
