[Clas12_first_exp] No RC meeting today

Dear All,
we have B_DET_RICH_INTLK_AIRPR1 alarm yesterday, AIRPR1 dropped from 100 (in Dec 2018) to ~30 (Apr 2019). 
Тhe Hall was brought to controlled access around 16:10 and DSG group went in to investigate RICH and look at the older LTCC MFC issue.
Turns out the RICH issue was just a readout

and LTCC MFC was rebooted.
Brian End needs another access to look at the MFC for S3 of LTCC when there is an opportunity

After that, we have a very good shifts with stable beam.
The plan is to continue taking data. 
Since the beam for Hall C will be off starting at 3 pm today for a couple hours we will need to pay special attention to our Halo rates.
