[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First Experiment meeting

Dear Latifa,

unfortunately yesterday we could not attend the first experiment meeting 
because of overlapping duties here in Saclay.
Though, we are very interested in looking at the slides that have been 
shown, but we do not see neither the agenda nor the slides on the docdb 
page.

It is not the first time that we are asking for having access at what 
was presented in meetings and let us stress that it is quite annoying.

Having agendas and slides online (and maybe short summary minutes) would 
really help the collaboration as a whole (not just people in different 
time zones) to be in sync with the activities at Jlab, to collaborate on 
hot topics and to access old meetings for future reference.
And it would also be useful to know the agenda at least 24h in advance 
to be able to make rooms for the meeting if burning topics are discussed.
This is also true for calls for contributions: it would be kind to be 
asked for before instead of finding names assigned to topics in emails 
sent few hours before the meeting.
