[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First Experiment Information and Updates

Dear all,

We have succssfully submitted the RG-A Jeopardy document. It is archived on our CLAS12 first experiment data base clas12_docdb. Excellent team work by everyone. We will start the preparation to the PAC as soon as we have more information about the date and he format.

The abstract for DNP are due June 26, 2020, I think we are in very good shape to submit several abstracts and release our new results. If you plan to send abstracts please send them to me and to the approriate working group by COB tomorrow June 23.

This week there is Jefferson Lab Users' meeting so we will not have our regular CLAS12 First experiment meetings. However to keep up with our schedule towards the first publication(s) and the continued effort of calibration, simulation and data processing, I will be calling on dedicated focus group meetings to track our progress.
