[Clas12_first_exp] [EXTERNAL] Updated RGA skim descriptions and sizes for pass-2

Dear all,

Please find an updated pdf detailing the skim name, owner, description and estimated sizes as a percentage of DST for Fa18 inb, Fa18 out, and Sp19 inb for pass-1 and pass-2 here<https://clas12-docdb.jlab.org/DocDB/0011/001118/001/rga_skim_sizes.pdf>. I would ask that you double check that you are correctly listed as “owner” on all the skims you expect (especially if you think you might be the mysterious and anonymous Ppbar or MissingNeutron owner!) and that you are happy with the skim description (additional information is highly encouraged).
