[Clas12_photon] Forward Tagger section at the next CLAS coll meeting

Dear Marco,

You have presentation for an event generator, but there is no
presentation for detector simulations. One thing we should
decide is the need for tracker before the calorimeter. I think
we must have a tracker, but will be good to make decision
based on simulations.
I was wondering if there are any efforts in that direction and
if we can have an update on that.
As you may know there is some efforts here with SLAC group
to setup an experiment in Hall B for A' search. Group from
SLAC planning to use silicon tracker to detect electrons starting from
0.5 degree. This is some thing we can look into if we need.
