[Clas12_photon] Forward Tagger section at the next CLAS coll meeting

Dear Stepan,
we are actively interacting with Sebastien Procureur and and Franck 
Sabatie. As you probably know there is  a plan to extend the coverage of 
the forward tracker down to 2 deg using the micromegas technology. 
Sebastien is investigating both the possible performance and the effect 
of such extension to the DC noise. For a second  tracking plan  in front 
of the calorimeter, they both said that does not seem to be a problem.
Franck will be at the meetings and I can reiterate (I asked him but 
declined)  the invitation to briefly report on the tracker 
pre-conceptual design. The Wednesday meeting will be the right time to 
discuss other possible solutions as for instance, the SLAC silicon 
tracker you mentioned.
