[Clas12_rgb] minutes of Friday's meeting and apologies

Hi Volker,
I am very sorry, but there are several other conflicts, and during the
month of December I sent out emails to find the best date and time and we
converged in this. On Friday I proposed to make a new change to some key
people of the RG group and they all prefer to keep this date and time.
