[Clas12_rgb] cooked file location and log, new file for testing

Dear All

As rgb chef, I have set the cooked files at
/work/clas12/rg-b/production/
It has a set of directory structures and file names to help organize things
How different version of cooked files are produced is also logged.

892 newly cooked files from rgk run 005700 are available now for code 
testing and calibration use.
They are at /work/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v0/mon/005700/mon_*
Some skim files for physics and calibration are being made now and 
should be available soon.

Please give comments about file location,log,data or anything you can 
think of.
