[Clas12_rgb] NO TCB meeting tofay

Dear all,

  The MCC is just setting up beams to the Halls.  We will therefore NOT 
have the combined RC/TCB meeting this afternoon in A110.

We will start with these meetings next Friday when we expect first data 
to be available.
