[Clas12_rgb] cooking status update

Dear All

Another update

new trigger run 6123, 50% cooked and skimmed
prod run 6202 100% cooked
more monitoring of 10 file per run cooked and I should be able to cook 
them faster as they come in.

The cooking schema changed from full banks for all run to
1. monitoring banks only for 10 file per run and special run like 
trigger test
2. calibration banks only for other run
Besides smaller file size,the new schema also have
1. The solenoid shift is updated with "-2.9" instead of "0" to better 
match rgb condition
2. wireDistortionsFlag = true instead of false

The files cooked with full schema should have names changed from mon_* 
to full_*
But I will do this later after the spring run ends to avoid breaking scripts
