[Clas12_rgb] CD tracking efficiency

Dear all,

I added a couple of slides to my posted presentation in the logbook with CD tracking efficiency. Using tracks that are reconstructed in both DC and CVT, I found ~1%/nA drop in efficiency for CVT tracks. It brings figure-of-merit for 3-prong events where one track in CD to 35 nA. Nevertheless, with assumption that tracking algorithm will be improved, still running higher currents, 45 nA - 50 nA should be considered.
