[Clas12_rgb] [New Logentry] RC update Feb 27

Yesterday was RF recovery during day shift. We had a controlled ramp down of the Torus due to reduced He flow from ESR. We recovered before beam was back which was around 8p.m. 
After we established beam, we took about 4h empty target run at 150nA (Run 6350). Afterwards we took production data at 50nA which will continue during the next days.

There will be the daily RC meeting at around 2p.m. after the weekly MCC scheduling meeting.
