[Clas12_rgb] no RC meeting today

Dear all,
we have been without beam since last night at 10PM. The accelerator people
have been working hard to trying and fix a broken valve. Things are not
going well until now and it is not clear yet when the beam will be
resumed.

I am talking every other hour with the PD, and will keep the logbook 
updated as soon as things become a bit clearer.

Depending on how long the beam will take to come back, I may try to ask
the PD if the beam studies of Monday could be skipped, but I don't know if
such a thing is doable.

In the meantime, there will be no RC meeting this afternoon, and unless
anything urgent needs to be discussed I plan not to have it on Sunday
either.

I have checked with Cole and Francesco if they were keen in doing now the
planned fixes for Monday, but Cole said he'd still do it on Monday, while
Francesco won't be here at Jlab until Sunday night.
