[Clas12_rgb] no RC meeting today

Dear all,
production data taking continued throughout last night, aside for some
beam instabilities, and it is going fairly smoothly right now.
I should be informed in the next few hours by the PD about the final
decision regarding tomorrow's beam studies.
One option is that the studies be done but for a shorter time than usual.
I will keep you informed.
In the meantime, there will be no RC meeting today. Meetings will resume
tomorrow at 2PM in the usual room above the CR.
