[Clas12_rgb] No RC meeting today

Hi Folks,

The beam is being restored today and will likely not arrive until owl shift Friday morning. Unless there are pressing issues to discuss or results to show, we can cancel the RC meeting. Let me know if you think otherwise.

The run plan is summarized below and posted on the wiki.

1. We now expect beam to arrive in the Hall during the Friday (Mar 8) owl shift. After the beam resumes, do beam tuning starting from the tagger dump following the usual procedures.

2. Perform Moller runs with both configurations of the half-wave plate. 

3. If the polarization is acceptable (P>0.85), resume standard production data taking at 50 nA, otherwise call the RC.
