[Clas12_rgb] No RC meeting today

Hi Folks,

Beam has been restored, polarization is at 88+/-1.5 %, and we have been taking production data since about 4 am. I anticipate we will take production data through the weekend. The schedule for next week included eight hours for beam studies and another eight hours for RF recovery. The beam studies have been dropped and the RF recovery will be limited. 

Empty-target and low-luminosity runs will be done early next week. 

Updated run plan is on the wiki.

 Unless there are pressing issues to discuss or results to show, we can cancel the RC meeting for today. Let me know if you think otherwise.
