[Clas12_rgb] update on tomorrow's beam studies

Dear all,
the PD just informed me that tomorrow's beam studies will be shortened in
order to partially accomodate our request to recover the lost beam time of
this weekend. The beam studies will last only from 8:30 to 12:00.
To the people who have to do repair work, as well as Eugene with the
walk-through: please make sure to be out of the Hall before noon so that
we can resume data taking quickly.
Then we'll do Moeller runs (with the two HWP settings), after the beam
comes back, followed by an empty target run, and then resume normal data
taking at 50 nA.
We can anyway rediscuss this plan, if there are objections, during
tomorrow's RC meeting.
