[Clas12_rgb] today RC meeting is canceled

Dear all,
due to the overlap with the 1st experiment meeting, we are canceling the
RC meeting of today.
You can see an overview of what happened over the weekend in the slides I
presented at today's Hall B meeting (the minutes will come out soon).
For today, the plan is to tune beam after the 4 hours beam studies
downtime, and then take an empty target run at 150 nA. Afterwards, we'll
refill the target and resume 50 nA production data taking until the
RF-studies break of tomorrow morning.
If anyone has anything urgent to report, please send an email to the whole
mailing list.
