[Clas12_rgb] statistics of runs vs current

Hello all,
following the discussion we had yesterday at the RC meeting about the beam
current, and the worries that Aram expressed for the too-high beam
currents, that could at have tracking efficiency problems affecting in a
heavier way the SIDIS analysis, I have done a little analysis of the
"good" runs taken until now, in the 3 periods of RGB.
See attached slide.
I assumed all currents <=40 nA to be "acceptable".
