[Clas12_rgb] analysis of timelines for first set of spring data - feedback needed from detector contacts

Dear all,
thanks to Zhiwen, Yordanka, and Sangbaek, we have a set of new timelines
online: https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgb/pass0/v21.3.1/tlsummary/
They include both all runs from the FALL run and the first bunch of runs
of the SPRING run (in the order I cited them).
To simplify things, I have done an analysis of the more relevant timelines
for each detector, you can find it here:

Detector contacts, please give it a look. Overall, it seems pretty good to
me, although there are a few weird things that I highlightened, and I'd
love to get some feedback on them.
The analysis of the FALL data timelines is on its way...stay tuned.
