[Clas12_rgb] analysis of timelines for fall RGB data

Dear all,
I have done an analysis also of the timelines for the FALL RGB data (which
can be found at: https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgb/pass0/v21.3.1/tlsummary/).

Detector contacts, please give it a look. Overall, it seems better than
I'd have expected, given that this is the first pass over these data. But
of course there is quite some work ahead.

BAND people, please give a look at both the spring and fall timelines,
somehow the spring one seem not have been processed correctly...?
