[Clas12_rgb] trains redefinition - feedback needed

Dear Silvia, all

Can you be a bit more quantitative about the change in Q2 cut for DVCS
wagon? What is the DVCS output fraction and what will it be after you
change the cut?
In my experience the DVCS wagon output is quite small and it will not
change much if you include events slightly below Q2=1
For instance the slow control events currently make quite a significant
fraction of the exclusive wagon output, and no cut will change that part

You should be careful if you will use Q2=1 as your standard publication
cut, keep in mind that the wagon do not have any kinematic correction, and
kinematic corrections can move events from below to above the Q2=1
This is the main reason I originally chose to lower these DIS cut in the
exclusive wagons
