[Clas12_rgh] [EXTERNAL] RGH meeting on Monday April 22

Dear All,

attached are slides I showed today, with the addition of the estimation 
of the projections with sector 4 included for photons (in green). As 
expected, the expected statistical precision lies between that without 
sector 4 removed and the one where sector 4 is removed both for 
electrons and photons.
