[clas12_rgk] draft of response letter to CCC from run group K

Annalisa,

I think the draft letter makes the case quite clearly of our opinions and the planned agreement with
RG-A makes good sense to me as someone who is part of both RG-K and RG-A. I support the
letter as written.
