[clas12_rgk] Selected RGK runs for calibration

Dear all,
I am just not sure that decoding will make much of a difference.
The reconstruction I am using is 6b.2.0, so it should pick up the TOF calibration properly.
I know Raffaella is still looking at the results of the 6b.2.0 with one of the RG A runs, so may be we really should wait until she has some results.
