[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] rgk timelines

The timelines are posted at: https://clas12mon.jlab.org

If you select RG-A, the latest timeline for RG-A 2018 is 2.2.8 (done just this weekend for the
ongoing outbending studies), but the previous timelines in the list, 2.2.5a, were used as the
based of approval for the RG-A fall 2018 inbending cooking.
