Is there a subrange that was approved for cooking from this link, or was
the full range from 4763 to 5655 approved? I see some fluctuations outside
the range 4913 to 5540 for instance FD electron RF time. DC mean residuals
also show fluctuations comparable to their sigma

Maybe I misunderstand what the calibration quality specifications are
