[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] draft of RGK request to CCC for pass1 data process

Dear Annalisa,
I have looked at 5 runs cooked from the RGK recently, and the train and DST composition is different between RGA and RGK.
I attach what I have found from RGK.
Of course it will scale with your estimation of events number (which should be more precise compared to what I have).
I have also added the amount of data to read from tape for the reconstruction (last line).
