[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] draft of RGK request to CCC for pass1 data process

Can you provide details how this was estimated precisely?
Are there 6.5 GeV runs recently cooked to perform this estimate

6.5 GeV runs are fairly different from 7.5 GeV runs. They have different
detectors, different triggers...
