[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] draft of RGK request to CCC for pass1 data process

Dear FX, this is a good point.
For now, I have used 7.5 GeV for both. I understand this is not entirely correct, but it is better than using RGA.
We will have a better estimate as soon as we cook something with 6.5 GeV
