Swapped cables happen all the time, we certainly have published data from
the 6 GeV era which were taken with swapped cables
We just need to know about this to cut them out of the acceptance
This should not be a problem at all
But of course if the central tracker is unable to even detect swapped
cables, then yes we have a major competence problem there
