Dear all,

I have just been informed that the CLAS jeopardy process won't happen
for this PAC meeting in August. The Lab management will communicate
later with us whether the jeopardy will have a dedicated meeting or will
be scheduled next year with PAC49. So,  there won't be a session for PAC
jeopardy practice presentations during the next CLAS collaboration
meeting.  Thanks.

best regards, Kyungseon

Dear all,

CLAS submitted 8 RG jeopardy documents to PAC48. Eight run groups are
listed below with the contact person:

RG-A: Latifa Elouadrhiri
RG-B: Silvia Niccolai
RG-C: Sebastian Kuhn
RG-D: Lamia El Fassi
RG-E: Will Brooks
RG-G: Will Brooks
RG-H: Marco Contalbrigo
RG-K: Annalisa D’Angelo

I would like to ask you or someone from your run group to give a PAC
jeopardy practice presentation (20'+10') at the next CLAS collaboration
meeting (July 21-23).  Your presentation will be scheduled either on
July 22 or 23rd.  The following is the PAC jeopardy presentation
guideline from Bob:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
At the PAC meeting, you will be scheduled (whether you submit a written
update or not) for a 20-minute presentation, followed by 10 minutes of
questions/discussion. Your presentation should contain a single slide
summarizing the goal and motivation of the experiment followed by up to
19 slides (no slide animation or overlays for any of the 20 slides)
focused on new developments since your previous PAC approval.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please let me know your availability.  Thanks.

Best regards, Kyungseon
