[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] Fwd: FY21 acc schedule

Dear All,

as it was informally circulated in the collaboration, there will be no 
run time assigned to RG-K in 2021, contrary to what foreseen before the 
accelerator shut-down due to the COVID-19 medcon6. We will be considered 
in the next scheduling for FY22 and on.

Dear Annalisa,
unfortunately the COVID pandemic strongly affected the next year CEBAF 
scheduling postponing the beginning of the operations and reducing the 
expected running time. On top of that, in FY21 we are expecting to run 
the machine at lower energy (max 9.9 GeV) for only 19 (+1 contingency) 
weeks. These conditions made impossible to schedule RGK in FY21 as 
previously planned. The RG you represents will be considered for the 
next scheduling cycle (FY22 and on). The official schedule for FY21 will 
be shortly available to public.
I’m sorry about that but we had to face an unprecedented situation that 
affected the whole lab operations. Please let me know if any further 
clarification are needed.
