[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] New version of the letter for RG-K pass1 request to CCC

Victor,
We are talking here about a request to the CCC not a proposal to the
PAC or a publication. We should just stick to what ever we had given in
the approved proposal as very short justification. Moreover, the
sentence becomes too long and convoluted; it refers twice to excited
baryons/nucleons in the same sentence.

This is the sentence with your addition:

"They also have strong connections to proposals that have already been
approved as part of the CLAS12 RG-A physics program and will very
significantly extend the science reach of those experiments, while at
the same time presenting new avenues towards clarifying the degrees of
freedom active in the excitation of baryons and providing new insight
into the so far unresolved problem of understanding the confinement of
light quarks*/from the exploration of many facets of the strong QCD
relevant for the excited nucleons of distinctively different structures."/*
