Dear All,
after talking with Raffaella I understood the following:

  * the Farm has been quite slow in the last week because of several
productions in progress (including 20% CPU used for outreach
programs, and HPS using its 10% average hall-B share concentrated in
    the last week)
  * simulation for CLAS is taking only a small fraction of the farm and
is definitely not the cause of the cooking delay
  * she expects the cooking for clas12 to proceed a little faster
starting from today and suggests to use clas12-4 for RG-K calibration
  * to her opinion there is no draw-back in asking for a 10 days delay
of the RG-K Pass 1 Review, especially if we are aware that the
calibration procedure is still missing a number of proper steps
    before completion
  * CCC has not decided any prioritization between RG-K and RG-B: RG-B
review went quite well but RG-B was asked to adjust a number of
issues before receiving he green-light. They are still calibrating
and will need to work for another week before completing. We are
trying to anticipate the same kind of work before the Review.
  * Raffaella has agreed to check this afternoon with Dan the present
status of the calibration quality (compared to the standards
achieved by RG-A and RG-B) and will give us a feedback on where we
    stand.

I am receiving also the feedback from all the scientists responsible of
the calibration of the various subsystems. Up to now most of them need
to have some file cooked to keep optimizing the calibration.

I am sending Nick the list of files to be cooked, collecting the various
requests.

I would propose you to ask for the Review Delay and I am preparing the
draft message for Kyungseon and the CCC, but I will wait for the
feedback from Raffaella and Dan and from you before making the final
decision and sending it out.

Please send your comments
Annalisa
