Dear CLAS Collaboration Chair,
Dear Members of the Review Committee,

RG-K data calibration is on-going has been going  at a lower speed than
we hoped during the last 10 days, mostly due to the farm overloading.
The Calibration Coordinator and the Chair of the Software committee are
helping in the assessment of the status of the calibration.
After looking into the latest pass0 timelines a number of possible
improvements have been identified in various subsystem calibrations,
which are not critical but will require another cycle of reference files
cooking, calibration check and pass0.

Considering the cooking speed of the past days, we think that
probability for the iteration to be completed in time for the scheduled
Readiness Review is small. Since we highly value your time we would ask
you to *postpone the readiness by about 10 days*, to be sure we have
completed the work.
Would *Friday May 29th, at 8:30 am* be an option for you?
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards
Annalisa
