[Clas12_rich] RICH air compressors on Pi Tower Level 3

Dear Eugene,

Yesterday Dario, Sandro, Marc, Pablo, and I visited Hall B to look at the space on available on Pi Tower Level 3. By our reckoning, there would be enough space there for components required for cooling the RICH electronics. While in the Hall, we ran into Bob and Doug and they said we should contact you to confirm the space would be available, thus this email. I have attached two pictures of the location in question on Pi Tower Level 3.
