[Clas12_rich] RICH air compressors on Pi Tower Level 3

Hi Tyler,

How much space do you need for the compressors? Do you need cooling water? If they do not take much space we might be able to put them on the level 4 of the Forward Carriage. 
Have you considered an option to use nitrogen instead of air compressors? We have plenty of boil-off nitrogen coming to the hall. From the big dewar outside.
