[Clas12_rich] RICH electronics- summary of space needed

I made an estimate of the cable lengths for RICH in sector 4. Assuming CAEN power supply is on the 3rd level in C3-5 and VXS crate is on the 2nd level in C2-4. 
HV cables: ~15 m 
LV cables and fibers: ~17 m 
You amy add a meter or two just in case.
