Hi Tyler,
I don't know exactly what you did, so I'm not sure what to say.
I did check the planarity of the 4 corners of each lateral side of the
mirrors using the coordinates Sandro extracted from the CAD.
This is what I did, it is in the code I sent to you some day ago.
Let's say A,B,C,D are the 4 corners of one side, from top left to bottom
right.
The normal to the plane is AC x DC.
Then I calculate the angle between the normal and the vector BC, it must
by 90 deg.
Here the output of my analysis code for mirror 3C, the angle is q1, as
you see it is 90 deg with deviations much smaller than 0.1 deg.
Marco

------------ SIDE: bottom
   q1=89.9792
   c=274.265  c1=274.01  c2=274.01  c3=274.265  c4=274.01
    direction=-0.993213
  ------------ SIDE: right
   q1=90
   c=1.5  c1=1.5  c2=1.5  c3=1.5  c4=1.5
    direction=-0.991527
  ------------ SIDE: top
   q1=90.0003
   c=-735.575  c1=-735.572  c2=-735.572  c3=-735.575  c4=-735.572
    direction=-0.994331
  ------------ SIDE: left
   q1=89.9929
   c=-580.426  c1=-580.496  c2=-580.496  c3=-580.426  c4=-580.496
    direction=-0.989051
