[Clas12_rich] RICH assembly in October

Dear Walt, 

Has there been any progress on the model for EEL 124 cleanroom layout you mentioned in your email on July 26? We want to be sure that there will be enough space to accommodate the installation of the RICH assembly structure and the assembly and testing of the RICH.

to merge the two workplans now. I'll send a model when it is
