[Clas12_rich] RICH assembly in October

Dear Tyler:

I've made quite a bit of progress in modeling this space issue, however,
the process has revealed some existing issues that will need to be worked
around.  I'm putting together a plan now that should allow the RICH work
to continue on the original schedule - albeit with a somewhat different
space layout.  I'll send that information out as soon as it is complete and
has been vetted by Stepan, Volker and Patrizia to make sure that it reflects
reality and can satisfy everyone's requirements.

Please proceed with the expectation that this work can be performed as
scheduled.
