[Clas12_rich] EEL 124 layout for RICH assembly

So... just for clarification. Is there a reason why entering through
the backdoor of the cleanroom is preferred. I only ask because using
that entrance actually forces us to leave much space unused in the front
of EEL 125 in order to accommodate the movement of material in and
out. This would impact the overall usability of both rooms for more
than 6 months.
Thanks for the information,
Walt
